Stallion Service Silent Auction
Annual Stallion Service Silent Auction Rules & Conditions

The FCCRA Stallion Service Silent Auction is held each year to have stallion owners donate one breeding to the Four Corners Cutting and Reining Association. Bids are taken until the selective date for that year. This breeding is purchased by the last highest bidder (stallions must sell for at least $200). If a stallion service does not receive any bids, the owner has the option to enter the stallion by paying $200.00 by December 31 of that year. A stallion owner may also opt to pay a stallion into the program rather than selling his service at auction. This can be done by paying half the stallions advertised breeding fee or $200.00 whichever is greater by December 31, of that year.

Stallion Owners qualify for a membership for that year.

BIDDERS: Send in your stallion service bids via email to fccrastallionauction@gmail.com, or by phone or text at 1-970-903-1470. Bidding will continue until 3 pm on March 18, 2012. Call 1-970-903-1470 for current bid information. 

Winning bidders will be notified after bidding ends on March 18, 2012. At time of notification arrangements for payment will be made and payment must be received within 5 days or the stallion service will go to the previous bidder. 

Stallion Auction Catalog:  Stallion owners who donate breeding(s) will have minimal information on the stallion catalog listing for no fee.  Please use the online form FCCRA Stallion Service Silent Auction but do not attach pictures or fill in list of accomplishments unless you would like to purchase a full page ad.

Stallion Auction Ads: Stallion Owners who donate breeding(s) have the opportunity to purchase a full page ad on our web site with their stallion's three-generation pedigree, up to 5 photos, list of accomplishments, breeder contact information and link to breeder's website. The fee for the Stallion Page is $50 for the first stallion, $30 for each additional stallion; each full page ad will run for approximately one year. Stallion Owners who continue to participate in the Stallion Service Silent Auction may renew their ads the following year at discounted rates. Please use the online form for our FCCRA Stallion Service Silent Auction to send us your stallion's information if you would like to participate in this program. Check or money order sent to FCCRA c/o Pat James; 1528 CR 222; Durango, CO 81303 must be received before "more about this stallion" button will be added.
